Adam Underwood leads Grimsey’s group-wide approach to risk, compliance, and governance. He works closely with advisers and leadership to ensure the business meets regulatory obligations while building a strong culture of accountability and ethical practice.

Adam is passionate about making complex requirements more understandable, so that people can stay focused on what they do best. He brings a practical, people-first mindset to every challenge and enjoys being part of a values-driven team.

Outside of work, Adam’s often out for a run, at the gym, or on the golf course. He’s a red wine enthusiast, a proud Collingwood supporter, and shares the quiet moments with his bulldog, Tbone.
