She partners closely with directors and support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and drive consistency across the group.

Katharine is passionate about making Grimsey a place clients love to visit and a team others love to work with. She brings a practical, thoughtful approach to her work, fostering collaboration, supporting innovation, and keeping things moving without micromanagement.

Outside of work, Katharine enjoys great music, family dinners, and a perfectly cooked meal. She’s also a lifelong lover of makeup and fashion and proudly hoards every issue of Vogue she can get her hands on.
