Michelle Wee supports Grimsey’s brokers and clients in Sydney by preparing high-quality loan applications and helping navigate even the most complex lending scenarios. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude, she works hard to make sure every client is set up for success.

She finds it incredibly rewarding to see a loan through from start to settlement, especially when clients truly appreciate the care and effort behind the scenes. Michelle also loves learning from the experts around her and deepening her knowledge of personal finance every day.

Outside of work, she’s a self-confessed foodie who enjoys cooking for friends, spending time with family, and heading out on long road trips or a competitive game of mahjong.
