Paul Pettofrezza

As Grimsey Group’s Managing Director, Paul Pettofrezza brings nearly four decades of leadership, vision, and client care to the business. He’s a mentor to both clients and future leaders within the group, playing a key role in governance, brand development, and strategic direction toward Grimsey’s Vision 2030 and beyond.

Paul is passionate about building strong, trusted relationships, whether he’s onboarding new clients, supporting team growth, or collaborating with professional networks and business partners in the wider community.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys time with family at the beach, skiing, boating, and travelling through Europe. He’s also committed to giving back, supporting causes including the Monash Health Foundation, Kidsafe Victoria, and initiatives led by Grimsey clients.
