Based in Grimsey’s Sydney office, Silvia Russo brings warmth, experience, and a genuine care for people to her role as Client Support Assistant. With a background that spans administration, small business ownership, and client-facing roles, Silvia approaches every task with practical know-how and a friendly, can-do attitude.
Known for her calm and approachable nature, Silvia is someone both clients and team members know they can rely on. She enjoys solving problems, finding answers, and ensuring everyone feels supported. Her collaborative style and inclusive outlook make her a much-loved part of the team.
When she’s not at work, Silvia loves heading to the beach and spending quality time with her family, recharging by the water and bringing that grounded energy back to everything she does.
