She’s a steady hand through the insurance process and a key point of contact throughout the advice journey, bringing a mix of empathy, efficiency, and a background in hospital environments to help achieve the best outcomes.

Edwina loves building genuine relationships and making sure clients feel cared for at every stage. She’s also passionate about team culture and brings a healthy dose of humour and heart to the office, along with a sharp eye for compliance.

Outside of work, Edwina is a proud aunty, a coffee connoisseur, and a creative at heart. She’s currently preparing a collection of poetry and short stories for publication and regularly volunteers with causes close to her, including Beyond Blue, the RSPCA, and domestic violence support shelters.
