With more than three decades of experience in tax and business advisory services, Venetta Sacha combines technical expertise, commercial insight and genuine care in supporting her clients at Grimsey. She works with high-net-worth families, privately owned businesses, professional practices, startups, and offshore entities, delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

Before joining Grimsey, Venetta spent nearly 30 years with Hall Consulting Group (HCG), where she played a key role in building the firm’s reputation for trusted advice and strong client relationships. Her journey culminated in her role as owner and CEO, leading the business while guiding clients through some of their most significant financial and business decisions. She remains passionate about mentoring others and building lasting relationships, many of which have endured for decades.

Today, Venetta advises clients on tax strategy, business structuring, superannuation, corporate governance, succession planning, estate planning and financial reporting. She is known for simplifying complex issues and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
