New Client Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Your participation in Grimsey’s Promotion shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of the Young Professional Package promotion.

1. Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Grimsey with proof of age and /or identity.
3. To be deemed eligible for this promotion, you must be a dental or medical professional with a requirement for financial services which match those descripted in the package, and be approved for the appropriate package by a Grimsey Wealth representative.
4. Applicants will not be eligible for the promotion until they have completed and signed the engagement letter and returned this to a Grimsey Wealth representative.
5. The promotion shall take place from Thursday 2nd July, 2020 and Grimsey reserves the right to cease the promotion at any time.
6. Each entrant shall be entitled to the Grimsey Wealth package deemed appropriate for the applicant for the period assigned, as outlined in the engagement letter provided by Grimsey Wealth.
7. The applicant is entitled to one (1) package per person during the time of the promotion.
8. The promotional package will be given to eligible clients on signing and returning the engagement letter provided by Grimsey Wealth.
9. Grimsey’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
10. Your participation in the promotion is considered your agreement that Grimsey may contact you.
11. The promotion is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
12. By entering the promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the promotion and the eligibility of the applicant for the package.
13. By entering the promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Grimsey, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the promotion.
14. Eligible participants in the promotion shall be solely responsible for any additional costs in relation to additional services outside of the appropriate package provided by Grimsey Wealth. Grimsey Wealth will provide a new engagement letter for additional services outside the scope of the package.
15. Grimsey reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.
16. Grimsey reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.
17. In the event where a package is entered into as a result of this promotion, and the either cancels the package or does not complete the full period of the package, Grimsey reserves the right to recoup the cost of the package to the full value.
